Graduate Trainee Program 2014
Qualifications :- Bachelor (S1) degree or Master (S2) Degree
- Minimum GPA:
- Minimum GPA 3.00 (Bachelor Degree)
- Minimum GPA 3.30 (Master Degree)
- English proficiency
- Good analytical thinking
- Fresh Graduate or Maximum of 2 years work experience
- Confident to interact with senior management team

Administrative Assistant
Requirements :- Minimum Diploma (D3) Degree from Any Major, preferably from Secretarial or Business Administration background
- Fresh Graduate or 1 year working experience in administrative work related position
- Good written and spoken English
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
Treasury Analyst
Responsibilities :- You are responsible to assist Supervisor Treasury AR & Manager Credit & Risk, HMS in performing daily AR and collection process including bank reconciliation in order to achieve the objectives of the company.
- Bachelor (S1) degree majoring in Accounting or Finance major
- Minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00 scale
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance & Accounting
- Excellent computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Word and Powerpoint
- Hands on experience and knowledge about the SAP order to cash cycle would be an advantage
- Fast learner and able to work in minimum guidance and supervision
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Having good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Corporate Communications Executive
Responsibilities :- You will provide an effective assistance in implementing strategies that aim to inform and educate key internal and external stakeholders about company narrative (mission, values, positions and performance). This is include providing supported programs, activities and communication channels, within the framework of development strategies, in order to effectively communicate the Sampoerna’s mission, positions, and image among internal & external audiences.
- Minimum 3 years experience in communication or related areas
- Bachelor (S1) degree, preferably major in Communications, Journalisms or other Social Science related fields
- Speak, articulate and have excellent written communication and editorial skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Excellent project management skills (maintains constant communication with colleagues across the department, adheres to deadlines, etc.)
- Strong presentation skills (possesses ability to make different audiences understand complex ideas / concepts and speak confidently)
- Broad knowledge about Media
- Computer literate (Words, Excel & Power Point) and Technology Savvy (internet usage & social media)
