Secretary

Job Descriptions :

• Assist the performance of PT Toyota-Astra Motor director by prepare the schedule, meeting materials, correspondence, etc.

Requirements :

• Female
• Minimum Diploma (D3) majoring in Secretary
• Maximum age 25 years old
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
• Minimum GPA 3.0 of 4.00 scale
• Proficient in English
• Mastery Microsoft Office, especially Excel

 

Japanese Executive Secretary

Responsibilities :

• Supporting the native Japanese Managing Director, you will be part of the new business unit. You will be the pioneer to support the Japanese Managing Director in administrative duties, preparations of documents and other ad hoc duties

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor (S1) majoring in Japanese Literatur
• Have good communication skill
• Minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00 scale
• Maximum age 26 years old
• Fluent in Japanese & English, both in oral and written
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office
• Preferable those with organizational experience
• Prior working experience in Japanese company is highly advantageous
