Production Team Leader

• Together with the Production Coordinator / Manager, responsible for all activities of the production process in order to run effective, efficient, orderly and controlled cover issues: Safety, Efficiency, Quality, Cost (RM-PM).
• Managing people.
• Lead DSS briefing to all employees with main focus is Safety, Quality and Efficiency.
• Internal Coordination meeting (SAG and VSM) focusing in area for improvement and safety issue.
• Ensure that NPD production process activities within the Plant are delivered on agreed cost, quality and time lines.
