Global Maybank Apprentice Program (GMAP)

Responsibilities :
  • GMAP is a 2 (two) years development program which combines formal learning and experiential development. Through the formal learning, participants will be developed to enhance technical as well as self/people leadership skills while in the experiential development they will have a real opportunity to learn fresh from the field in the form of special projects, department rotation, mentoring, engagement with country as well as Maybank Group Leadership teams and International Assignments.
  • Different from ODP which opened by batch, the intake for GMAP is open along the year. Our GMAP is unique since it’s a custom made program. Each of participants will have different development program, individually crafted for him/her. The development officially started when the participant join BII, he/she will be developed with certain objectives and specific curriculum to excel in his/her target position.
  • During your first year, you will be developed here in BII office in Indonesia then in the second year, participant will have an opportunity to undergo 6 (six) months international assignment in Maybank Head Quarter or other subsidiaries of Maybank group in ASEAN. Along the program you will be accompanied and guided by seasoned manager(s) which will be assigned as your mentor, coach and assignment managers.
Requirements :
  • Final year students (last semester welcome) are welcomed to apply
  • Fresh graduate or those with work experience of less than 2 years and are ready to face the challenges
  • GPA minimum 3.00 of 4.00 scale
  • Have an active interest in the activities of an organization or a community college or during college education to be one aspect of a priority to ensure the leadership potential held
  • Have good English language skills, which is presented by a score of minimum English Proficiency Test (EPT) / TOEFL 500.
  • Strong numerical and verbal capability as well as communication and analytical skills
  • Good communication skills, analytical skills, dynamic personality and target oriented will be an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skill
  • Willing to be placed at any BII branches in Indonesia
